Evaluation of my Survey

I had to find out whether or not my magazine would attract the audience I'm seeking. So I designed a survey for which to find this out, I put all the questions I needed onto the survey, and will be distributing it to different people across my audience.

To think up some designs for a front cover, i had to take some photos of myself to play around with.
